Who Is The Shark's Prey

Generally the fishes and vertebrate sea animals are the major preys of sharks, there occurs an exception as well under which few sharks like Greenland sharks feed upon the dead body of their own counterparts.

Contrary to fact that dead body of a sea creature can develop some perilous toxic effects on the feeder, the dead body of Greenland shark does not leave any dangerous effect on the feeding shark thus proving it to be a favorable shark’s prey.

It has been proved that the sharks generally do not cause any attack on the human(sea divers) for the sake of their foods, but it has been found that often any attack caused by the sharks results due to invisibility in the water and sharks mistakenly targeting the diver its prey by fathoming him as a sea creature.

But as far as the Great White sharks, Tiger sharks and Bull sharks are concerned they have been found causing deep injuries because they cause attack on the humans taking them as their prey due to which as several cases of leg loss, injuries, and missing of the divers from the sea have been reported in the presence of respective sharks.
